TIPS ON SELF GUIDED TOEFL PREPARATION

So,i finished my Toefl exam on march 2nd.And my results were fine.I would say i had an average score.The preparation was scarce enough to get an average score.Thought of sharing it here. 1. Cognize what TOEFL is     As inaugural on the TOEFL preparation, you should have a clear idea on how the toefl exams are? How it's gonna be on the test day(this is a real important thing that you should know), How long is it? What are the sections? How should you prepare for it?  Get an ETS toefl test preparation book which includes a CD .The CD contains 3 practice tests which is way enough to know how the test is gonna be.The image of the book is given above.This is the latest one. There are 4 sections  :  Reading - 30 listening - 30 speaking - 30 writing - 30                                          You will have 4 hours to finish the test.The total  test score is 120. And most of the universities that i have applied to need 79 cut off and a few other universities need

ZUMBA DA FITNESS

I am in real love with my zumba fitness classes.I would say that its a combination of best workout and stress relief. What is zumba dance?   When i first heard about zumba, i was wondering what is it all about.Then i went to a zumba class nearby which was a part of the gym.I just loved it there with the instructor Mia.She was doing a great job.Unfortunately she is not the one teaching now.But that's fine,i am getting used to the new instructor.    Zumba is a dance form which is a combination of both the aerobics and dance elements like salsa,hip-hop,belly dance,samba and a lot more.  Personally,i feel like it's a total workout for your body mainly focused on your abs and hips. It's lot of fun out there.The best part is that you experience all sort of dance where belly dance is the most popular one. At times you feel shy to perform few steps.But it's a whole fun, why i mentioned it as a stress reliever. You  don't need to know any of the dance form

WORRIED OF STRETCH MARKS??

    I had a real hard time thinking on my next post while i was enjoying my favorite Iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts.It's when i saw a pretty woman(looks like she was in her late 20's). I was sitting in there when she came in to get a coffee.So my glance was straight to her legs where i saw stretch marks. CAUSES OF STRETCH MARK Stretch marks are caused once when you gain weight and then you shrink.That is why the pregnant women often get stretch marks. Genetic factors may also play a role on stretch marks.       PREVENT STRETCH MARKS      Rather than waiting until it occurs on your body,prevent it. If you have made your mind to shed your weight,you should be more careful on getting stretch marks.Its when you shed you tend to get stretch marks. The best way to prevent stretch marks is to oil massage your body everyday. Apply and massage your body for 10 to 15 minutes everyday. Bio oil or Vitamin E oil is the best to prevent stretch marks.     So,this post is particularly for my women viewers.And the reason is that we are the beings who are more concerned about our beauty,our figure ,our diets and a lot more.And guess what,I was way more into it.But trust me obsessiveness  never do anything good for you.
