LOSING WEIGHT-NO ROCKET SCIENCE

    So,this post is particularly for my women viewers.And the reason is that we are the beings who are more concerned about our beauty,our figure ,our diets and a lot more.And guess what,I was way more into it.But trust me obsessiveness  never do anything good for you. Rather than being in shape,you end up being a slave to Anorexia.

    Here is some tips that i follow everyday.According to me you need not follow a strict vegetable and fruit diet always.You can have the foods that you love to eat ,if you follow an exercise bounded lifestyle.

  EXERCISE

          Exercise is an important factor to be fit.If you regularly exercise your body,trust me you can have whatever you want.Yummy pizzas,burgers,french fries,ice creams, all that are told to be dangerous to your shaped body. I cannot deny that its unhealthy too. But intake of these foods in a less amount doesn't make you ill.

      Speaking about exercise,you will be puzzled,'what kind of exercise should i do'. I have to say,it depends on your body and the weight that you intent to loose.

 ABS

      Abs exercise is a must. Most of us have a body tending to store our fats exactly on the abs.That's terrifying. So try to do abs exercise for at least 5 days a week if you have a lot of belly fat.Flat belly's ,you lucky guys can do it for 3 days a week to prevent the belly fat.

BODY TONING

    If any of you feels like your body fat is in a particular part like thighs,butts or hands(i personally feel like i have my fat stored on my thighs) ,body toning exercise is very useful.You can get the exercise tutorials from you tube.

   30 minutes of abs and body toning exercise will do for a day to loose your weight. 

   Plus 30 minutes of walking or jogging.  

Or you can also go for a Zumba class which is very practical. This is where you enjoy and shed.I personally prefer this than jogging.

  •  Ab crunches is best  to reduce belly fat.
  • Another one is the planks.Both planks on elbows and toes And side planks.
  • Body toning exercises can be found in you tube.
  • At the end of the day,you should feel the sweat.You should feel so tired that a glance on the bed should make you sleep.
DIET PLANS

   No special diet plans is to be very much followed. But be conscious on what you eat.Try to eat a lot of healthy foods and a little junk food too as i cannot deny the fact that junk food are way yummy.Don't eliminate it  which will make you crave for it. If you are too determined that is good though. But don't force yourself.
   
      Now this is very important.
  • Eat in a very small amount and have your meals like six or seven times a day.
  • Include a lot protein and fiber in your food.Eg : Protein-Egg,Chicken,Fish(tuna,salmon),cheese,beans,milk,yogurt. Fiber- Oats,Wholewheat bread,corn,black beans,avocado etc
  • Fruits and Vegetables which all are rich in different kind of vitamins
  • Try to include any one of these foods in your daily diet.
  • Once in a weak you can have your favorite pizza or burger.

     I think,guys shedding weight is no rocket science.You can do it even without being obsessed.Just you need to be alert of the food you are having.So let me remind you once again guys
  • Exercise keeps your body in shape.So do workout at least 5 days a week.Don't think it as a burden.Enjoy and do it.
  • Be a bit conscious about your food habits. And yeah that will do it.
